  I chose the self- checkout. An employee came over and said, “In the future you HAVE to put your groceries on the table after you scan them.” I asked why. She said, “so the camera can see everything.” I said, “I’m okay with that.” She said, “You may not know if you’ve scanned everything.” Another words, maybe you’ve stolen something. Really? There aren’t any laws or mandates that say you HAVE to put your groceries on the table after scanning. Good grief. If you have self-checkout I’ll decide how I want to scan my groceries.

  The Clynk drop off has been down for months. They have signs saying they are working to fix it but no progress seems to be being made. The frequent long lines at check out make even a quick shopping trip take a while. With Elm st. Being so close and shaws in bath, save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere If you can.

  Been shopping at the Cook’s Corner location since they opened. My one complaint is that every summer they are cleaned out in many areas, which is pretty disappointing. Staying on top of inventory and keeping the shelves stocked is vital for business, please do better! The amount of times I’ve gone in and left without buying anything because they don’t have it, is really sad. Meat, produce, dairy, bread, coffee…come on Hannaford!
