- DDDr. Sachar DvorkinAug 23, 20264.0Overall, a good experience at Dunkin’. The coffee and food were good, and the staff were friendly. We were a party of five, so it did take a bit of time to get all of our food, and we had to go back a couple of times for items that were missed from the order. Nothing major, though, and everyone enjoyed what they got. A solid stop for coffee, donuts, and a quick bite.

We arrived to dunkin at 3:28 we ordered out food my drink came out wrong, the girl took my drink and just added Carmel into it instead of remaking it even through she added Splenda the first time so now my drink is a weird concoction. The other drink we ordered was also made wrong but it wasnt horrible. When the food came out though, I was livid, my cousin who had gotten a loaded hash brown had watery like cheese which we've never once seen in the loaded hash browns before, she also had maybe 3 small pieces of bacon, it was nothing. Then my 2 orders of normal hash browns were completely burnt, they were inedible. I went up to the counter and asked for the food to be made correctly because we simply could not eat what we ordered, the food we got back was not the best either, the loaded hasbrown yes had more hash browns, but there was little to no cheese and yet again no bacon. We also overheard the workers in the back getting upset at us for requesting our order to be remade. I personally will no longer be going to the bridgton dunkin location after today, the workers reactions to us asking it to be remade and then the fact I just spent all that money to not get a single thing in my order correct? McDonald's is better at putting the sauce in the bag or making the ice cream machine work then the employees working tonight have at getting anyone's order right and respectfully.

Today's example: my husband ordered a medium hot coffee with extra cream and extra sugar, a large strawberry refresher with sparkling water, a donut, and a blueberry muffin. The coffee had 4 creams and 1 sugar, the refresher was made with tea instead of sparkling water, and there was no blueberry muffin in the bag. 😞
