Man tried to use this contact to initiation conversation and was ignored. His dogs were disruptive and sniffing at my food. When I aired my concern to the cashier after he left, she became irate and told me that if I didn’t like it, I could leave. I spoke with mgmt and they said they were afraid to address him in case the dogs were legit. I haven’t been back. Switched to Tim Hortons (Jan/Feb 2026).

The people in there don’t care about their job at all. I’ve ordered there probably 6 or 7 times but it’s never been done right. Please just go to the one up the road on shilling street.
