I ordered a couple of pizzas and they never came. I called the next day to get a refund and the manager told me they are not authorized to give refunds on a store level. Is that legal?

Absolutely disgusting. Not on employees , but the standards of Papa Johns. I paid almost $40 for a LARGE half size of my hand and 6 pieces of microwave frozen chicken that you can see where sauce was squirted
