  Recognizing people is often more important than the business itself, without good people the business struggles in some fashion. This review is about one specific person who works the drive-thru window often. Young man, long hair he keeps tied back under a hat, I don't know his name. I always go to this dunkin and like any other dunkin I just drive up, grab my coffee and leave. This guy works the crazy shift times, lots or orders big and small. He is thr nicest, friendliest and funniest guy there. He cracks little quick jokes and makes me smile each and every time. Its so noticeable that my son even said that its nice to see people enjoying their work. Shout out to the drive through guy who often hands me my coffee and then says "here- catch". You're doing great work young man, that type of behavior is contagious to others around you and I appreciate my 9:30am visits.

  I am writing this with a heavy heart because I have been a loyal customer here for years. This has consistently been one of my go-to spots, but after my experience today, I will not be returning. ​I visited the drive-thru and was met with incredibly disrespectful and rude behavior from the staff. As someone who has supported this business for a long time, being treated with such a lack of basic courtesy was both shocking and disappointing. Excellent service is the backbone of any business, and unfortunately, the professionalism I once expected here seems to have disappeared. ​It is a shame to walk away from a place I’ve frequented for so long, but I cannot support an establishment where customers are treated so poorly. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staff behavior at the drive-thru.

  EXTREMELY rude workers…I don’t normally leave reviews. But I really felt like I need to leave this one. I was standing there waiting in line for almost 10 minutes. And I was patiently waiting, until an older gentleman prompted me to go to the other side of the cash register, where they were taking drive thru orders. The staff still proceeded to ignore me, so the older gentleman came up and said, “Excuse me, she’s been waiting to order.” One of the staff members snapped back at him and got frustrated. I tried to diffuse the situation by apologizing and saying that he was only trying to help because I was waiting for a while. She then got snappy with me, so I just grabbed my order and left. Extremely poor customer service and very rude and condescending workers.
