The last two times that I went there, Sunday morning, the woman that works around 6.30 am is an absolute, absolute, absolute, rotten person. She definitely needs our prayers because there is something evil at the core of that lady. The first time I went two weeks ago, I bought two Boston cream donuts. When I got the bag and opened it up, both of them had no paper wrapping around them and were flat on the bottom of the bag. I didn't even know two Boston cream donuts could fit on the bottom of a Duncan bag, but she made sure they could and all of the chocolate topping was smeared all over the bag. She argued with me about that because prior to that, every time I had gone to this Duncan and I bought Boston cream donuts, they put them in a small two donut box for me. So when I told her that, hey, like my Boston creams are all over the bag, usually they put them in a box for me because I'm driving and stuff, she goes, oh no, a box is extra. What do you mean a box is extra? So you're telling me the very, very thin paper box that is perfectly sized for do donuts. I actually have to pay extra for that seems absolutely outrageous and it's the same woman. This Sunday, right now, less than 10 minutes ago, I go and four months for the last six months because this is the Belfast, the Duncan in my town. When I go to Duncan, it is a mobile order. There's two lanes, there is a order here and a mobile order line. I go up to the back of the Duncan. There is nobody in line, nobody in the regular order line, nobody in the mobile order line. It is a ghost town. So I go through the little mobile order thing to go around the building and drive up to the window. Not a good morning, not anything. First thing she says to me is, you can't do that anymore. We took the mobile order sign down. You need to pull up to the microphone from now on. And then handed me my stuff and shut the window. I will never go back to this Duncan. My wife will never go back to this Duncan. If I could boycott this Duncan and make sure that nobody ever went back to this Duncan, I would make it my life's mission. The owners of this Duncan donuts are lucky that I have three kids and a wife. Because if I did not have mouths to feed, I would quite literally quit my job. And I would stand out front of this Duncan with a sign until people stopped refusing to go to them. That is how frustrating the last two interactions that this Duncan donuts have been with the same woman. Prior to two weeks ago, the staff was almost great, always great at this Duncan donuts. Whoever is working Sunday mornings, fire her. Please please fire her. Also, this message was text. Speech to text. So if some of it isn't spelled right or is a little off, that's my bad Google reviews. But that's how frustrated these interactions have been at this Duncan. I could not wait to type this review. Literally.
