- AFAustin FoggJan 23, 20261.0Waited 20 minutes for my online order it was completely wrong, because of it I'm late, I called to let them know that my order is completely wrong and the manager told me that they make it by the label which is obviously not true as you can see by the picture, then she proceeds to tell me that if it was wrong I should have brought it back in. Not everyone has time to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and certainly don't have another 10 minutes to have them mess it up again.

I took one bite and spat it out, horrible. Service is usually great when they aren't arguing with each other.

Have that burned or chemical cleaner taste the other local Duncan’s can’t seem to get right. The coffee drinks are top notch in my opinion, consistent quality and made correctly, thank goodness for you all, I really appreciate your hard work, please let the other Duncan know your secrets they really in help . In my book your 10 stars
