She then proceeds to say "We know how to do our job thank you". So my girlfriend says well you didn't ring it in the way I said it so can u please put extra ice in it. She looks at her and calls her a bit**. I would like some one to speak to her and she will be in there tomorrow to speak to some one. Very poor customer service and we won't be back anytime soon to order
- JTJ TAug 28, 20265.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Mandy at the Dunkin’ in Bath. When I walked in, Mandy greeted me and asked if I knew what I’d like. I explained that I was actually there hoping she could help me with something. I had forgotten to order liquid sugar for a coffee I had previously purchased at a completely different Dunkin’, and I was hoping I could get some liquid sugar to go (even just in a small cup) so I wouldn’t have to throw my coffee away. Instead, Mandy offered to remake the coffee for me. I was genuinely surprised! I explained that forgetting the liquid sugar was completely my mistake, and that I had purchased the original coffee at a different Dunkin’, so she absolutely did not have to do something so kind. She simply responded, “I know! That’s why we have to redeem ourselves!” That little interaction meant so much more to me than she probably realized. It’s people like Mandy—people who take pride in their work, maintain such positive energy, and genuinely care about other people—who can make a difficult day feel a little lighter. Kindness doesn’t always have to be a grand gesture. Sometimes it’s as simple as remaking a coffee for someone who made a little mistake. But those little things matter. Thank you, Mandy, for being so kind. ❤️ Your kindness did not go unnoticed, and I truly hope you get the recognition you deserve.
