  The food was great but the service was awful. There was a woman with short grey hair and glasses was not very nice. I tried to pick up my order and the women that was at the counter gave me my order with an attitude and a snobby look. I recommend eating there but be prepared For no kindness and no manners

  Placed an online order for pickup, one large pizza half pepperoni and half cheese. Arrived a few minutes after given time. I waited to approach the counter as there were many people picking up that Saturday night. When I gave the manager the name she started to look for the pizza. She said I just saw it and now it's not here. She was the only one handing out pizzas, no one else. After about five minutes of her "searching" she said they would make it again and expedite it and it would be out in 10 minutes. I used to be an assistant manager for pizza hut 40 years ago in a beach town so I know what it's like on busy nights. I said okay and went outside to tell my wife. Went back in after 10 minutes and she again started looking for the pizza. Come to find out they never put it in, so again I had to wait. I was thinking, she's not even offering free breadsticks or anything else??? Finally got the pizza and drove back to the hotel. We dug into the pizza as we were starving after an 8 hour drive to Bangor only to realize it was the worst Pizza Hut pizza we've ever had. The sauce was so tangy and metal tasting. You could immediately tell it came out of a can. This was not the pizza hut quality we were used to back in NY. It was so bad we only had two pieces each because we were starving and I wouldn't eat the left overs, which is unheard of in our house. LOL Staff was nice but service and quality of pizza was really bad. Thankfully we do not live there so we will never be back but buyer beware. You might want to choose something else if traveling through the area.

  Ordered food, then had a friend order food 20 min later, their food arrived. I waited another 30 min for my food to arrive. Door dash driver pretty much threw the food at me, which was ice cold. Like must have been transported in an igloo ice cold. Like I could go ice fishing on the pizza ice cold. I decided to give it a shot anyway since by this time no one else was open. Mac and cheese was ok despite being ice cold. My cheese stuffed pizza on the other hand was about as chewy as a tire. It wasnt cut through so you couldnt get a slice, not that if you were able to it would be edible. Called pizza hut to complain and was told to contact door dash. I didnt order from door dash. Not sure what calling them about an order I did not place with them would accomplish. I was wondering if they would tell me to call Dominoes next. Regardless this was hands down the worst "meal" I have had in a very long time.

  Food was sub par. Waitress didn't know how to separate the bill. My friend was overcharged. Floor was absolutely filthy. No wonder Pizza Hut is on its way out.
