Trying to get in touch with anyone is impossible. I have been trying for the last hour to just speak to someone at the store. The phone number listed goes to a call center who only takes orders. They have transferred me to the store 5 times and each time I am waiting for someone to pick up for at least 10 mins. I just want to speak to someone about my missing pizza. That’s it. And it seems almost impossible at this point
- KSk sandersMay 7, 20262.0The 3 topping for $10?...Don't do it. Unbelievable, even with extra cheese it was one of the absolute worst pizzas we've ever had. We each ate 1 piece...dogs got the rest. Don't do it...NO way! Only 1 piece of pepperoni on 5 of the slices. The pineapple was the tidbit kind and only a few on each slice. The mushrooms were just as non existent. The pizza was also the only one I've EVER had where there were absolutely no cheese strands and we ordered extra cheese! You do get free live entertainment with the staff singing loudly to the pumped in music. NEVER AGAIN!

- MMMe MeApr 30, 20261.0Delivered cold food and missing items. They delivered the missing items and that was cold as well. 2 exits away and couldn't get warm food either time. Miss Melissa the manager didn't seem to care, no apologies and just hung up on me. Not cool. Maybe take care of your customers and not be rude. I'm a very successful business owner in Bangor with a store and delivery service and if we make mistakes we apologize and go above and beyond to make it up to our customers, maybe try a basic apology to improve your business.
