Order here a couple times a week usually. But being a former manager of a 1.5 millipn dollar retail store myself not happy with the incompetence of management / staff here. When you place an order through the McDonalds mobile app and the order is delivered wrong whether it is door dash or uber eats it is not on that company to refund you if it is not placed on thier app. It is worng of this place to tell me that is the case. They are just the delivery service in this case. And to get hung up on by the manager when I call to address the issue is also not appropriate.

Ordered ahead on the app for breakfast, and the app said “we’ll start your order when you get close” so it should have already been started before 10:30. Got to the window right at 10:30 (was in line before then) and was told my order was cancelled because they’re doing lunch now. It was NOT cancelled on the app and I was still charged. I go here several times a week before work but not anymore.

Placed order for pick up, took them over 40 minutes. Got our happy meal wrong, and didn’t even give us all our food and put fries upside down in bag so they all fell out. Lady ignored us when asked if we had all the food, clearly we didn’t and she didn’t give a damn. Edit: They didn’t even make our food right after bringing it back in and telling them. They handed us food and they once again didn’t make it properly. When someone says PLAIN, you don’t put everything on it.

I’m genuinely impressed by this McDonald’s. I didn’t realize it was possible to operate a restaurant while pretending the customers don’t exist, but this crew has somehow mastered it. If you walk up to the counter hoping to order from an actual human being, good luck. You could probably stand there long enough to start receiving mail. Employees will walk right past you, look in your direction, suddenly find something extremely important to do in the back, basically anything to avoid acknowledging that there’s a paying customer standing at the counter. Using the kiosk isn’t really an option here. It feels more like punishment for having the nerve to expect customer service. I really feel bad for the older customers who aren’t comfortable using the kiosks. I’ve watched people stand at the counter for almost 20 minutes while the “crew” apparently plays a game of who can pretend not to see them the longest. And then there are these wonderful kiosks. They’ll take your money without a problem, but getting a receipt out of one apparently requires technology we haven’t invented yet. I don’t think I’ve ever ordered from one and actually gotten a receipt. We can send people into space, but keeping paper in a McDonald’s receipt printer is apparently asking too much. Want ketchup? Better clear your schedule. Have a problem with your order? Now you’re really asking for trouble. The attitude you get makes it seem like you’re bothering them. It’s almost like they’re thinking, “Why do all these people keep coming into this restaurant expecting food and customer service?” And after you finally survive all of that, you still get to wait forever for your food. The whole place feels less like a McDonald’s and more like an escape room where the prize at the end is hopefully getting the cheeseburger you already paid for. The kiosks don’t print receipts. Nobody wants to take your order. Getting ketchup turns into a negotiation. Getting someone’s attention requires an act of Congress. Then you wait forever for the food. At this point I’m not even asking for service with a smile. I’d settle for service. And try to complain to the McDonald's app? Errors and not being able to submit because the app just wont let you.
