  Absolutely the worse when it comes to customer satisfaction. I have recently found a lawyer who took my case on for profiling at this location. I went in and shopped a cpl hours looked at every isle and every item. Because it soothes me. I had a huge cart full. Very full. But I was dressed like a homeless woman. I notice employees kept walking past the end caps. Then I see 3 or 4 go into the TV monitoring room. I keep noticing things. I go around the store and hear the red head say let's wait until she goes out this way. They thought I was stealing. But the staff was getting worse and worse every single isle I started a counter 12,13,17 different staff members. I was furious. I go to the register with the red head and I said dont be so quick to judge someone. He said whay do you mean? I said I might look homeless but I can buy this store. He goes what do you mean? Ohhh I said the little meeting your team was having about me? He said i can talk to my team members about work. I said I may look homeless but im not. The red head says to me usually people that look like you are always causing trouble in this store. I said said how judgemental of you. All equality should be the same. My lawyer said a simple case.

  Zero customer service, in fish department wait few minutes, workers do their own things , absolutely ignoring that I stand by counter

  Hannaford is ok but a bit pricey for a super market. It's like convenient store prices on far to many items.

  I am writing to formally document a deeply concerning interaction I had at the Broadway location around 6:00 PM today. While I frequent this Hannaford, the behavior of the male staff, of management on duty was entirely unacceptable and created a hostile customer environment. His conduct was unprofessional and made me feel significantly unsafe and uncomfortable. From a corporate and HR perspective, this individual’s behavior deviates sharply from standard de-escalation protocols and fails to meet the basic requirements for maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for patrons. Management needs to address this as a matter of liability and workplace culture. This was not merely a lapse in service, it was a fundamental breach of the code of conduct expected of representatives of this brand. I am requesting that leadership review the floor coverage for this shift and take the necessary disciplinary actions to ensure no other customer is subjected to this type of treatment.
