- ACAmanda CareyMay 5, 20261.0My husband and I went through the drive thru at about 2pm today and then young girl taking the order told me I couldn't have melted sugar I found that odd considering I get it the same way every time I stop in there I was told my only option was liquid sugar I said ok nevermind the ice coffee I'll take the Oreo chiller with whipped cream instead of the cold foam, then I asked for a pup cup and was given whip cream and my husbands coffee was half foam and he ordered a medium iced extra cream extra sugar stirred politely, the ice coffee wasn't even drinkable it tasted so bad because it was mainly foam and then gentleman wearing the pink bonnet didn't offer me a receipt so I had to do my review this way I do know who owns this location and know he would not be happy to know how poor the customer service was and how the coffee was served i was very upset and my husband couldn't even drink the coffee he really wanted so it was very disappointing..

- R2redgreen 2002Feb 7, 20261.0Apparently they have forgotten that menu’s are a thing? You go to the drive through and the menu shows like 5 drinks and that’s it, you go inside and the menu doesn’t show anything either. I guess you’re expected to have their app to see what you can order.
