- LDlex dJul 15, 20261.0Placed a doordash pickup which in any normal store doordash orders are always priority, as someone who works in customer service. i waited 45 minutes for my food and they still said thirty minutes later when i came in. the staff was extremely rude and non understanding. i live in philly and this is the first time i came here and am genuinley disgusted at how customer service workers think they can treat their customers. i had an appt i was late to because of this. people need to start training their employees before putting them in social interactions.

Chipotle the company has given me a bunch of free meals because of Bangor’s mistakes, but now they’re messing up the free meals… I saw them give my order to somebody else one time, and I actually had to retrieve it from the person leaving with it. I genuinely don’t know how they sustain this business when they constantly screw up. Don’t they get tons of angry phone calls / letters? Please organize your online ordering system, it’s awful. I will literally never order online again.

I have there service 3 stars because when I went in they asked me if I wanted chicken or steak for protein. I told them steak. Well he didn't tell me that he was out of steak and only gave me about a third (if that) of a normal serving and moved on like nothing was wrong. Other than that the food is really good. It's fairly small with limited tables if it's super busy. I feel like there is more parking than there is seating. There is no drive through. There are a couple of outside tables which seems really nice. I will go back with the hops of better service next time.
