- TBTucker Bonnevie6 days ago1.0Horrible experience. I ordered a meal and was told at checkout that you could not get chips and salsa unless you order online. They said because they were low on chips, you could only purchase them online. Several customers while I was there, were upset by this and it seems to not make any sense. A few of us stepped out of line to order online and then got our chips and salsa, which seemed pretty silly. Further, none of the workers there seem to know what was going on and there is no sign or instruction for online pickup orders. We got back in line just to be told at the end, that the regular line is not for pick up orders and we simply had to stand off to the side until someone approached us. Very poorly run.

They have an excellent food product but man the stores are always so dirty, tables are never clean, and service moves at a snails pace. I complained by email about the last location I went to so they sent me 2 free entrees... this was one of them, but was it really any better of an experience? No, and that location was St. Louis Missouri with the same issues lol. Literally all Chipotles have the same bad reviews on Google, someday I'll find a good one!

I don’t know what’s more of a joke: this Chipotle location or DoorDash. If they can’t handle the orders they shouldn’t do it. So my advice to anyone ordering DoorDash if you wanna wait two hours and still not have a burrito order here. I don’t know what’s more of a joke, this chipotle, location, or DoorDash

I don't need a mountainous pile of food, but their burrito bowls are practically empty. At this point, I'm just going to go elsewhere. I'm tired of wasting my money here. I tried contacting customer support, but it's just an AI chat bot that will ultimately get you nowhere. *EDIT* I've tried contacting customer support over this, but the only response was some "buy one, get one free" coupon code that I never intend to use. Getting a free bowl of scraps doesn't really fix anything.
