  We've always loved Buffalo's however the last several times we've been it gets worse. For starters it was not even busy. It probably 20 minutes after we ordered beer it arrived. We watched the customer next to us pull a long hair out of her sandwich and she held for like 5 minutes until we called a waiter over for her. I ordered a Buffalo salad crispy I recipe ended up with a grilled honey bbq. We didn't get any ranch or blue cheese with our wings even though we asked. Also when the wings finally came out they had been under the warmer for a while because they were cold and hard. I am not slamming I know what it is like to wait tables and work in kitchens and stuff happens. Just saying this is starting to be an everytime thing and we come here a lot!

  Just left before even being seated. Listened to an employee berate a customer who was upset about a long wait time on a Togo order. The customer asked for a manager and was refused by the employee who then tried to take a poll of all of us that were there waiting to see if the customer was being rude. The customer asked to cancel his order multiple times and for a refund and was refused multiple times and was refused multiple times for a manager. Absolutely unprofessional staff. I get they are busy, but the employee response was ridiculous. It's sad as the night manager is one of my favorite people to see when I go in there. I definitely won't be back in there especially with my family anytime soon.

  I should be able to order food without receiving a very disrespectful attitude from almost all the staff. I waited over 30 minutes until I got my food and watched many people before me still waiting to be seated.

  Waited 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, tried to use the reach out form, the button doesn't work on 3 separate computers on 2 networks. It is likely store management will do nothing to directly fix or address this because 30 minutes late is acceptable by their standards. Store needs corporate intervention, or members of management that can actually deliver performance.

  Great experience! Our order was a bit late so the manager gave us our meal for free, absolute G!
