- BLBreakwater LighthouseApr 18, 20261.07 employees on duty that I saw. A nearly empty cafe. One customer waiting for her order ahead of me. It took Panera Bread in Augusta ME over 10 minutes to prepare my order of 1 cup of coffee and 1 bakery item! TIME TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER BAKERY!

I used to eat here a lot more frequently, but since both the flatbread pizza's and the charged drinks have disappeared I fin myself dining elsewhere usually. I know that it is for all Panera's and not just this location. Bring them back and I'll be a loyal customer again!

I have worked for the same company for 34 years which also is customer service oriented and want to say thank you and the sandwich was fantastic! Love stopping into the Augusta Me Panera whenever I can and will continue to do so as often as possiblem!
