  I’m just sick of this location, soggy cold food half the time, decent food the other half. I’m also really sick of this drive through and not getting my order and being told to pull into the parking lot and waiting 10-25 for the food for drive though with a kid in the back. I’m never coming back, last straw was them making me wait in the parking lot and getting my order wrong, so you have to get out and go find a random employee like a crazy person. Bad enough the food is poison, but even worse when you pay a lot and it comes out like crap, I’m out mc dogfood, you lost me forever

  The woman taking my order was extremely rude, kept her hat over her eyes to avoid any eye contact, and when I asked her to give me one second so I could find the actual name of the combo I was looking for, she was very pushy and rushed me through it. (Keep in mind this was a slow part of the day where there was no reason to rush anyone through anything.) This is not the first time ive been given attitude or rude treatment from the employees/management here. Apparently this store doesnt care about how their employees act when on the clock/representing their business

  Food was under cooked and missing items plus the tables weren't clean in the play area very disappointing when you spend 80 dollars to take my family out and still after 45 minutes food was still missing after telling them it was missing requested a refund won't be back any time soon

  Often get orders wrong due to short staff and staff is very negative at times

  Every time I visit this location, my food is always fresh, never a mistake with my order, and the staff are super pleasant! They make it a quick and painless! 😂 Having five children, it’s usually a TASK getting take out, especially in a drive thru. But we’ve never a bad experience here! Keep up the good work!
