- ENEmily Nickerson4 days ago1.0We just went to the Dunkin at 670 civic center dr in Augusta Maine. We had placed a mobile order and sat there for 50 minutes just to get the window for them to tell us that they couldn’t do most of our order because they had no hot food. The person at the window who we were told was Whitney gave us a huge attitude and yelled as us. When we asked again to make sure that was her name we were told they couldn’t give us her name. No one was wearing name tags. They were all extremely rude . Our order was $41.50 something needs to be done about management and who works there. We should not have sat for nearly an hour just to be told they couldn’t give us our food rather than telling us at the speaker. Also it should not take an hour going through a drive through with very few cars that is what I would expect from going to a restaurant where you sit down and eat. The entire staff needs training in customer service.

There was a line starting behind us and they didnt even say (one minute or ill be right with you). I do understand being short staffed but at least acknowledge people, when they say hello, instead of leaving a line of people just staring at you, wondering if they will get their order taken. We also walked out with people behind us also walking out. They need to find more employees to help.
