Place an order online(12min away, knowing the location is trash) get here to be asked to hang on a minute(roughly 3min) and then sit in line behind someone else who has clearly been waiting too long for their order also. The level of incompetence is wild.

The store is very disorganized and insecure chaos. They should just shut this location down. There’s already too many in this town.

No warning that the woman was alone, no heads up on the wait, no “sorry for the wait” no one was even at the window when we got there. Absolutely reporting this store to corporate, never in my life have I seen such awful customer service.
