There was poor attention to waiting drivers and no clear communication or updates when I asked. The issue was mainly disorganization and lack of responsiveness, not the order itself. I hope this improves in the future. Wishing you all the best.

- QLQat LMay 21, 20263.0Update: reducing the overall to 3 stars because their website and the app will not let you order after 7:30pm despite the fact they are open for another two and a half hours (until 10pm). The man on the phone said they take phone orders, but an order for a family is too complicated for me to mess with that, so I didn't. The food at this location is delicious, so it's unfortunate the Five Guys app is so aggravating because it is very easy to lose progress and have to start your entire order over again if you navigate wrong, or the fact you can't order ahead after 7:30pm. Basically, all the negativity of this review is because the process of ordering ahead is infuriating. 😝
