- MCMichelle Cardinal4 days ago1.0I ordered delivery. They took my money before asking the address. I called and found out they dont deliver unless through a second party or have a way to refund the order. You have to send an email and wait .All for over priced soso good.

The eye rolls, the deep sighs, and the hanging of heads made it obvious, nobody wanted to be there. There was obvious tension between the manager and his staff, he was visibly frustrated with them and that frustration was felt by all the customers. We ordered our dinner and then wanted milk shakes but honestly we felt like a burden to go up and order again. Extremely disappointing when compared to a typical five guys experience. We likely won’t frequent this location again.

So after waiting for about 5 minutes in line where Im the only one,after cashier made me wait for about 5 mins,on a Sat night at rush hour,while he takes a personal call ,than when call ends he looks at me and says" Give me a minute " I said "No" and walked out. You lost a 50$ order because of uncommon courtesy! Why should I ever come back ?

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
