- MCMichelle CapanegroAug 6, 20261.0I pulled up to order only to listen to a staff member, hanging out the back door with a cigarette in her mouth, talking all about how Jackie timed her making a latte and she’s intimidated by Jackie. Fantastic. Off to a great start. After ordering I sat at the window, ignored for about five minutes. But not to worry because there were at least two very focused employees mopping and sweeping. When someone finally came to the window, they asked me if I was Hannah? No, I’m not. I got handed my drink and was left there to wait again. Another person came to bring my food, also asking if I was Hannah. I had to again explain that I ordered at the drive thru. And to top off that amazing experience, my iced coffee had a lovely layer of soap at the top of it. Cleaning seems to be the only thing this staff knows how to do. Jackie- if you’re reading this: stop timing people on making lattes and start training them on how to do their job. This location is notorious for being subpar and today’s experience lived up to that.

I'd rather travel far away from home to get my breakfast and coffee than to be treated like trash and disrespected because I was waiting 15 minutes (per my life360) and the employee started fighting with me about how long i was waiting for someone to take my order. Washington street DD is the worst.
