  If I could give this zeros stars I would. The staff are rude, they have the smallest portion sizes possible. I even asked and paid for double steak and there’s barely any steak in it. I did get a couple pieces of chicken that I didn’t ask for. How is this place still open.

  I purchased a borrito bowl through an online delivery service. I received the order missing the main ingredient. The bowl, which packed in an aluminum to go dish, was half full. I called the store, machine said they were closed at 730pm. Which is not true. I was transferred to 3 different company reps and they ended up putting me on hold and never answered my call. This store is distasteful. Last time I went in, about 1 year ago, all the lewiston friends and workers who are not from here, were taking and hanging out. Not a good place. No friendly service. There is no manager to speak with. I will never recommend this place. This place has lazy employees and Zero costomer service. This store is 1 for a reason. Go somewhere else please.

  This is about the worst Chipotle in America. It is ran like a bad high school experiment. The food is pretty good at least but the people who work there behind the counter are rude and seem annoyed. Customer service is by far a priority here. Ultimately this lowers the atmosphere of the place. Also you’ll wait an average of 30 minutes or longer if you walk in and get food. Definitely recommend doing a pick up order

  The taller foreign female working the front is NOT a people person, and should not be working in food service or customer service. On 4 different occasions she was very short, rude, and speaking under her breath and to other staff in another language. I understand you may be bilingual. But my phone and glasses translate in real time, and I heard every, single, word you said about me to yourself, and to your coworkers. I have had friends get sick from eating here. I don’t know why I go back but that will be the last time as she tried to force me to get meat from the bottom of the warmer, and when I said no thank you I will wait no problem, several times. And mind you it was not busy and no one behind me. She continued to give me an attitude, mutter rude remarks under her breath. Which I clearly heard. Have fun being made fun of in a different language with them thinking you are oblivious. I LOVE TECHNOLOGY.

  Walked in and there was only 3 people in line. There was probably 4 employees working and only one of them a female was actually working hard trying to manage the entire ordering process. The others had a very lethargic appearance and it showed in not having meat cooked for orders. There was a male in line trying to make an order and told he had to wait 5 more minutes so they could finish making the chicken. There literally was nobody in front of him at all so not sure why at 2:30 they wouldn't be ready. Its Chipotle so you know there is always some rice in the dining area but with the staffing vs customers there really shouldn't have been this much of a messy dining area. Felt like they could have actually taken some pride in their store and had this figured out. Food was good though and although the girl doing the cashing out had the social skills of a spare tire it wasn't worth saying something in store. By the time I got my food there was a good 8-10 people in line waiting to order. I feel bad for those people.
