I placed an order through DoorDash tonight, and the order was confirmed by Buffalo Wild Wings with a scheduled pickup time of 1:09 AM. I arrived shrtly before, and while I completely understand that the restaurant was closed to walk-in customers, I could see my order sitting ready on the counter inside. The problem was that the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone. I stood outside in the rain, repeatedly calling because I had already paid for my food and could literally see it sitting there. After calling over and over, someone finally answered, immediately told me, “We’re closed,” and hung up before I could even explain that I had a confirmed pickup order inside. I continued calling, and eventually someone answered again. I tried to quickly explain, “Please, my order is on the counter. I placed it online and it’s already ready. Can you please bring it out?” A man eventually came to the door, but instead of listening, he repeatedly told me that they were closed. I kept trying to explain that I understood they were closed — I wasn't asking them to stay open. I was simply asking for the order that they had already accepted, prepared, and charged me for. After repeatedly talking over me, he finally asked for my name, as though there weren't already a single obvious order sitting on the counter. He went inside, grabbed my food, came back out, handed it to me, and simply said, “Have a good night.” No apology. No acknowledgment of the inconvenience. No explanation. Nothing. I was standing outside in the rain, hungry, repeatedly calling a restaurant that had already confirmed my order, while being completely ignored despite being able to see my paid-for food sitting inside. I understand that employees have a right to close at the posted time. What I don't understand is why the restaurant accepted and confirmed a pickup order for 1:09 AM if they were not prepared to actually provide that order to the customer. And once the order was ready, the least they could have done was answer the phone and communicate with me respectfully. This wasn't about expecting special treatment or asking employees to stay open late. I just wanted the food I had already ordered and paid for. The entire experience was frustrating, unnecessarily difficult, and completely lacking in customer service. I left with my food, but after that experience, I was do stressed snd sick to my stomach I couldnt even eat it. Thanks BWW

Every time me and my husband order from this restaurant they never give us sauce even when we pay extra for it. They advertise many things even dessert but they never complete the food it’s either ice cream missing on a cookie or no drink no sauce. BWW’s fries are disappointing

Really poor service messed up bills, didn’t bring to go order out after 1 hr. Forgot to go boxes. Appears clearly understaffed but some of worst service I’ve experienced

Just waited 30+ minutes to pay a check. Server did not ask us how the food was once. It’s because we ordered the bottomless apps. We had to ask the host stand to pay. She came to the table one time and when we finally got to ask for the check she filled drinks, took another tables order, and put in their order before bringing it to us. It would be worth driving the extra 30 minutes to Portland before eating here.
