  Definitely don’t attempt to call or even talk to anyone about a problem that happens, you’ll get told how it’s not a problem than get hung up on. I’ll pray the woman that is running office here learns some hospitality in the food industry. Bought products and don’t receive them and than get hung up on when I called to just give some feedback for the store to increase the way it’s running. Didn’t expect anything back, just to know it’s not doing what’s right cause it’s happened couple times now. Very poor customer service. Do better

  I pass by monthly and stop every time. Staff is friendly and the orders are always correct.

  I stopped today ( about 12:30 ) and bought an Iced tea at the window. It looked ( and tasted ) like water. I've only stopped at this Woodbine Maryland location a few times to get tea, and 2 out of 3 times it was like this. I won't stop at this location again. Very disapointing , as I was thirsty. AND I spent over 2 bucks for nothing. Driving to another location....

  Pros: the staff is always friendly. The building inside is cute and small in a kind of cozy way. Food is always hot. I’ve enjoyed their iced coffee. Cons: they almost always forget something from our order. We order with mobile for drive through pick up and so we frequently pay for things we don’t actually get. It’s happened too many times so we are not going to come here anymore. Additionally, sometimes the hash browns or fries taste like they haven’t been drained of oil sufficiently, they taste really greasy and it leaves almost like a bitter taste in your mouth and just feels gross. And yeah, paper straws are gross, but I’m ok with that for the environment. Overall with how high prices have gotten hmmmm just not worth it.
