  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service and Grocery Pickup Experience! Today, Saturday, June 13, I had an absolutely phenomenal grocery pickup experience at the Food Lion in Woodbine, Maryland. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. There were plenty of designated pickup parking spaces available, making the process quick and convenient. Before I even had a chance to do anything, Colten approached my vehicle, greeted me warmly, and confirmed my order. He had just finished assisting another customer and immediately came over to help me with a smile. Colten’s customer service was beyond a 10 out of 10. He was friendly, professional, patient, kind, and genuinely seemed to care about providing excellent service. What impressed me most was that he initiated contact with me as soon as I arrived. I didn’t have to call the store, wave someone down, or lift a finger. He was attentive, proactive, and made the entire experience effortless. I was also extremely impressed with the quality of my order. Every item was fresh, neatly packed, organized, and bagged with care. The groceries looked excellent, and it was obvious that attention had been given to making sure everything was selected and packaged properly. Nothing was damaged, crushed, or carelessly packed. To top it all off, the prices were fantastic. The value for the quality of groceries I received simply cannot be beat. Between the fresh products, the convenience of pickup, the ample parking, and the exceptional customer service, this was one of the best grocery pickup experiences I have had. Thank you, Colten, for your outstanding service, and thank you to the entire Food Lion team in Woodbine for providing such a positive experience. Employees like Colten make a lasting impression, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great prices, fresh groceries, and exceptional customer service.

  Great selection of fresh produce and friendly staff who are always willing to help. I love the variety of products and the prices are hard to beat. It's a convenient spot for my grocery needs!

  Tried to return something at this food lion. Some frizzy head kid named seth, accused me of trying to run a scam. didn't get my money back
