We poped online and made a reservation. The parking lot is big with lots of spots on the side. We arrived and got seated right away. Out waitress was great the appetizer came out quick and hot. The food all came out cooked correctly and tasted great. The portions were large and filled the plates up. I haven't been here in a while but left full and happy. We will definitely be back to try some more dishes.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at The Prime Street Grille on August 16th. It did not disappoint. The ambiance was one of cozy elegance. The food was prepared perfectly and arrived at our table fresh and hot. The serving sizes and pricing are comparable. Most memorable was the service. Our server, Roval Crawford, was very welcoming and professional. Roval was super attentive and timely when responding to our requests. I highly recommend dining at The Prime Street Grille. I suggest you make a reservation.

You call this award winning? Their was no chipotle adobo sauce for lamb chops. Their was also no remoulade for the award winning balls or utensils and napkins. While I’m thankful for the nourishment of what I did get. I do feel obligated to leave a honest review and mention this place right now is not operating at a 5 star level. I was excited for this to be let down big time for my first time trying this place. I also was trying to help the business by ordering direct. Gordon Ramsay needs to show up here. lol

Disappointing experience, followed by an even more disappointing response
I went to Prime Street Grille because it was recommended to me, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t what I expected.
I specifically went because I was told they had chargrilled oysters. Unfortunately, the oysters I received were not good at all. The service also wasn’t what I expected. My waitress asked if I wanted to order something else, but the restaurant was getting ready to close, and the interaction left me with the impression that she was ready to leave rather than interested in providing a good customer experience.
I shared my honest opinion about the experience on Facebook. It was a simple customer review—nothing more. I wasn’t telling people not to go to the restaurant, and I wasn’t attacking anyone personally.
What happened afterward, however, was much more disappointing.
The server who waited on me began engaging with me in the comments and continued defending herself/the restaurant instead of simply allowing me to have my own opinion about my experience. The situation eventually became personal, with other people becoming involved in the comment section.
I completely understand that employees may disagree with a customer’s review. What I don’t understand is why an employee would engage in a prolonged public argument with a customer because they didn’t like the customer’s opinion.
I’m a customer. I spent my money there. I am entitled to say that I didn’t enjoy my food or service.
I have screenshots of the interaction and have brought the matter to management because I believe customer feedback should be handled professionally—even when the feedback isn’t positive.
Unfortunately, the original dining experience was disappointing, but the way the situation was handled afterward is what ultimately made me decide not to return.
