- BMBekah Meyers3 days ago5.0Both of my burgers were made incorrectly during my first visit, so I mentioned being disappointed in the survey I received by text after getting my food. The very next morning, their lovely manager, Destiny, reached out and offered to remake my order for free whenever I could come back. I called this week and asked for her before stopping in, and she made sure everything was perfect this time. She was so kind throughout the entire experience and made it easy to give them another chance. Every business makes mistakes, but what really matters is how they handle them. Destiny and this Five Guys went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you!

I stepped in felt welcomed, the young man at the cashier helped me understand the menu and was so outstanding with his professionalism. I accidentally ordered from this store instead of the one closer to my house, so my food sat on the pickup shelf for over 30 minutes while I figured it out. Even though it was entirely my mistake, the manager went above and beyond and completely remade my food fresh from scratch so it wouldn't be cold. Incredible customer service that turned my stressful mix-up into a great experience!
