There was a time cajun fries were on the menu. There was a time the cashier prompted the conversation on what would you like in your burger. Both of those times are gone. Now a combo meal is bring pushed and cajun seasoning is not posted anywhere. Without those fries seasoned nothing is worth 17 plus dollars at any Five Guys. I learned this when I UNWILLING had a bare burger a few months ago from the Parkville location. When your apologize and request the seasoned fry after your forgot to mention it because you were being pressured to buy a drink/milkshake. You are being told to take the seasoned on the side and when your decline it shouldn't be side conversation among 4 employees (6/7; 2pm) about why I couldn't have the fries done the correct way I didn't complain about the bare burger a few months ago I just stopped going. I am done. I'm not coming anymore, the food isn't worth this
