  My first time with my two teenagers daughters at this chipottle on Friday may 15 around 6:42pm take in mind I'm pregnant and I was really hungry and didn't hear my daughter saying she wasn't going dine in so I ordered my for dine in and I realized when I was going to pay that she ordered hers to go, so apologized to all of them for my mistake and one of the lady serving the food said it's okay she was going to put the lid on, but one of the lady close to the cashier said "don't closed the lid and grabbed my chicken burrito bowl and put the lid underneath and placed on the counter. I paid my ordered didn't do no fuss because even though I'm pregnant with my hormones all over, i didn't say anything because I am very polite so I took my bowl quietly says thank you for their service and closed it down feel really sad because I was mistreated unfair by this young lady even though I apologized. This has never happened to me before an any place, so I want to leave this review for this young lady to let her know that the people makes mistakes and special when they apologized for their mistake you don't have to treat them unfair we all human being thank you.

  I paid for my chips and I never received always talking and not paying attention not good service please do your job better

  Tables always dirty , rude customer service and they skimp out on the meat and have a nerve to charge extra and the food nasty nasty taste old 🤢never again!!

  Quick service. Quality of food was better than some other locations. And the staff (mainly Olivia, Valeria, & Gigi) provided great customer service.
