- SSSanjna2 days ago1.0Honestly, really disappointed with my experience here. I clearly asked for light white sauce, but they loaded my food with it to the point it was hard to even enjoy. I called to let them know, and instead of just acknowledging the mistake, the guy on the phone got defensive and said something like “you make mistakes at home too.” That just threw me off… I wasn’t calling to argue, I just wanted my order to be right. Then he offered a free sandwich “next time,” which didn’t really help in the moment. I wasn’t looking for free stuff, just basic customer service and my food made properly. Also, this isn’t the first weird interaction I’ve had here. One time I asked where the rice platter was on the menu, and instead of giving a normal answer, he literally pointed to his head and said “it’s in here.” That felt rude and honestly unnecessary. Overall, the food could be good, but the customer service really needs improvement. Just not a great experience.

Waste of $65.00 with the cheese for the fries being cold fries and tip. I reached out to the email as instructed below and have not had anyone followup yet. I will reiterate, the food quality this time was not worth the cost.
