As others have mentioned, management doesn't care, nor does corporate. I think they need an evening health inspection to change things up and that's in the process.

The one positive was the employee working the serving line. He provided excellent customer service, remained professional and was clearly doing his best despite being the only person actively helping customers. While waiting, I overheard him explaining to his coworkers that he wasn’t receiving any assistance. There were several people behind me also waiting for their food, and the lack of teamwork was very noticeable. The staff appeared more focused on closing and cleaning than serving customers. What was especially concerning was the condition of the food area. The way food was left out and the overall cleanliness of the line looked unsanitary and unappetizing. In all honesty, it was disgusting. It was disappointing to see such poor standards, especially while customers were still being served. The employee on the line deserves recognition for his hard work and customer service, but the rest of the experience fell far below expectations.

Waited for an hour while maybe 30 people walked in and got food that way. If I had known, I would have just walked in instead of ordering online. They couldn’t even give me an expected time that it would be ready. Just walked out at 9:50, after sitting there for an hour. Got Taco Bell. Took 5 minutes there. Ridiculous. Take notes from the Reisterstown location. They are on time.
