- GOGreg O'BrienOct 6, 20261.0TL;DR: 2 times in a row didn't get an entree, didn't try to do anything to make it right until I complained. Extremely stingy w/ sauce. To be clear, I have visited this location on and off over the last 4 years. Last night was one of those experiences that needed to be shared as well as the context around it. On Oct. 5th, I went through the drive through with 2 of my children, and myself. I ordered food, for our dinner and those that were at my house. I ordered 2 - 8ct of chicken nuggets, 1 - 4ct of chicken tenders, and 2 chick-fil-a meals, 1 large 1 regular. I asked the drive-through attendant for as much chick-fil-a sauce as possible. I received 6. That is NOT enough. They have been extremely stingy with their sauces EVERY time I go through, unless I explicitly state the number of packets that I want. Now, I am the sole adult, and therefore checking the bag is not exactly easy, they are busy (Per usual). I arrive home to find out that I am missing one of the sandwhiches. The number on the receipt, DOESN'T WORK. So, I have to get in my car, drive all the way there. I had to wait a solid 3-5 minutes before anyone of the individuals behind the counter acknowledged that I was present. I clearly was upset, and the person whom helped me, was a team leader (if I am not mistaken). They asked if I was doing pick-up with other people's orders without asking anything else. I informed her that no, I am not here for pick up, I am there because I was missing apart of my meal. She acquires the sandwhich and apologizes. I then communicated that this is the 2nd time in a row that this has happened (previous time was Sept 28th). That it is crazy they are offering nothing when I went all the way home, and back. I was not able to eat my meal with my whole family, I had to get back in my vehicle 100% unnecessarily, and due to the time of the evening, we got food fast, as it was late and bedtime had started by the time I got back to my home after having to leave for a sandwhich, takes more then 20 minutes. AFTER I complained, I was given two free entrees and said that they would see what they could do up the chain. What they could do is a free cookie. They have my transaction history as I use the app. I am not going to look through it, but I have from my recollection, never ordered a cookie. 0% service when things go wrong.

It was more of a shove but to me it looked like a push. I believe the person who helped me was Jaden. I saw him push an employee, but other than that the food was good.

Drive-thru took a little longer than usual, but pulled up to the window and was immediately greeted with my food and a coupon for a free sandwich for future use. This is precisely how you should handle customers. Apologize to them BEFORE they have a chance to complain and show them a genuine good-faith gesture to keep them coming back while acknowledging they waited longer than anticipated. This is why I'm loyal to Chick-fil-A and the Westminster Team did an awesome job that day!!!
