  I ordered a ham and Swiss with my order. The bag was sealed and it wasn't in there. Didn't want to go to the store and get im 30 minutes away. Please tell the employees to be more careful.

  Inside ding very nice and comfortable. Young lady at register was to the point no pleasantries. Kinda like she wanted to be anywhere but there.

  It was really dead and we had to wait a long time to be greeted and to get our food. The food was okay… not great especially for the price, and the atmosphere was the best thing I rated because there was no one here so it wasn’t dirty or anything. They didn’t give us utensils for our food and they don’t keep utensils near the drink station. Arby’s would never be a choice for us to eat at but we walked from the NTB near by as Sonic was drive through only. My boyfriend got the BBQ Mac and cheese with pulled pork and he couldn’t finish it because it was gross 😭. The normal Mac and cheese was pretty good. To add, there was a customer who waited for her pastry from when we ordered our food to after we finished and were leaving. She came in and demanded they just give her her food because she was angry she had to wait so long. The staff said a measly sorry and the lady goes “it’s okay. It’s not unusual” so I’m guessing this long wait time happens a lot at this location.

  Roast beef sandwich was.... not it same with the fries it was still edible but not all to brag about
