  It took longer than expected to take my order. While waiting for food to be prepared, I got my drink. No lid available so I went to the counter... no one there for quite a while and everyone in the back just looked at me and ignored me. Maybe they all didn't speak English. Between the drive thru window, cashier, and cooks, there were 5 Hispanic women. While still waiting for my food, a manager showed up for her shift... another Hispanic. Meanwhile I am looking at my bag of food that was sitting there. I assumed it was waiting for curly fries. Turns out they had them the whole time. It's the same location in Westminster, MD that I used to go to years ago. I won't be back. I'll go to Jersey Mike's instead. UPDATE: Went to Jersey Mike's in Hanover on Sunday, and the service was awesome. I even tipped the two guys who were there. Sorry, Arby's, but when I am spending $25.63 at your place, at least basic good service is expected. I hope y'all get your acts together, but as I said, I won't be back!

  I recently had the displeasure of attempting to order from this store. The women that were working behind the counter seemed more intent to help out the drive through customers than the walk up customers. After a few minutes of waiting, I walked out and went across the street to Wendys where I got served right away. Customer service at this Arbys is non existent.

  I love this Arby's and I eat here very regularly. The staff is very nice and friendly. Unfortunately today the pulled pork barbecue sandwich was inedible. I'm not sure what happened but it had a bitter taste. Not real sure but I had to throw it away it was so terrible. I am not one who normally would do something like that.

  I ordered a ham and Swiss with my order. The bag was sealed and it wasn't in there. Didn't want to go to the store and get im 30 minutes away. Please tell the employees to be more careful.
