  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent carryout order I placed at my local Pizza Hut yesterday . I ordered a carryout pizza and redeemed my hard-earned rewards for an order of cinnamon sticks.Because I live only five minutes away from the restaurant, I brought my food home immediately. However, upon opening the box, we discovered the cinnamon sticks were stale, dried out, and hard as a rock.As a loyal, frequent customer who orders from your establishment regularly, this was very disappointing. I have saved a significant amount of points through your rewards program. It is my firm belief that when I redeem a reward that I have earned, I should receive the exact same quality of food as if I had paid for it out of pocket.I hope to continue being a loyal customer, but I would appreciate it if this quality issue could be addressed at this location so that future rewards orders are fresh and properly prepared.

  The food was really good. It's been years since I've been to a Pizza Hut. The place was empty when we went in. The only customers were pickup and drive thru.

  Got 2 different pizzas, both were prepared perfectly! Got there a few minutes early, went through drive-thru and they were ready and piping hot!!

  Frequently order take out here because of the friendly service and consistently good pizza. Tonight we got a crispy parm pan pizza,(half pepperoni and half pineapple) that was terrific. The crust was especially delicious!
