- VTValeria TomlinSep 17, 20261.0This store has the funkiest smell every time I go in there the smell is so bad it makes me sick 🤢 it smells like something spoiled either bad meat or they are not cleaning this nasty ass store I try to drive to La Plata most of the time but every now and then I have to run in this store this smelly problem needs to be looked at it’s a nasty environment

- SGSpace GirlAug 18, 20261.0This store used to be fantastic. It is a location that I've frequented since I was basically an infant. However, this store is no longer the store it once was. Some of the employees there are still fantastic and amazing. But it appears that this store allowes the continued targeted harassment of other employees. And nothing appears to be done about it. There is a lot more that I can say about this location that include the continued finding of items well past the use by date, and the homeless men harassing women and girls, and management lacking communication and allowing people to harass other employees. I feel as though it would be too long to type out. The other 1 star posts are right on the point with how bad this location has become.

The bottle credit kiosk was broken, forcing me to go to the customer service desk.I waited for five minutes at an empty desk. I finally had to wave the bottles in the air to trigger the automated intercom announcement for assistance. When a cashier finally arrived, he claimed they do not process bottle deposit refunds. I informed him that I have successfully done this exact return at this store before to avoid paying the deposit fee again.The cashier walked over to a side office where the manager was just sitting around. He returned with the same unhelpful refusal. The lack of employee training, broken equipment, and lazy management make this store a nightmare for basic customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
