The bottle credit kiosk was broken, forcing me to go to the customer service desk.I waited for five minutes at an empty desk. I finally had to wave the bottles in the air to trigger the automated intercom announcement for assistance. When a cashier finally arrived, he claimed they do not process bottle deposit refunds. I informed him that I have successfully done this exact return at this store before to avoid paying the deposit fee again.The cashier walked over to a side office where the manager was just sitting around. He returned with the same unhelpful refusal. The lack of employee training, broken equipment, and lazy management make this store a nightmare for basic customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
