  Idk what is going on in this location but everyone has an attitude except for maybe one employee. You would think someone was holding a gun to their heads. The quality of the food has also severely diminished. The restaurant was clean tho…. probably because it was empty.

  I'll give it out 4 out 5. Delicious food, awesome atmosphere. The prices are little high. Spending money for dinner yes but shouldn't be this high for lunch. Overall is really a 4.5/5.

  The customer service at this location used to be great. I recently in January discovered that they were here in Waldorf as this is the closest location to me. I come in at minimum two or more times per week.. there customer service which I use to enjoy now is filled with attitudes. We are picky eaters in my family so anytime we order we’re only getting 3 things in the bowl and the fountain drink machine hasn’t worked in so long so you’re forced to buy the bottle drinks. After the first negative experience we took a break from coming. I decided recently within the past two weeks we would start going back. The first negative experience back my rewards that were available which were two were used without my permission and only one showed on the receipt. I let it go. The next visit after that the young lady in front of me notices there is barely any rice left and she would like more. The person tells here we don’t have anymore they continue with their order. I get up to the counter. The lady asked me what would I like today? I said a bowl she asked what kind of rice would I like? I said I would like the white cilantro rice I can visually see that there’s not enough rice for a bowl in there so I politely ask the lady do you have some more rice? She says no just like she told the young lady before me and says I’m not sure when there’s going to be more I told her that’s fine. I would pay for extra rice so I got out of line to wait about ten seconds later after I get out of line she brings out a whole new container. I now attempting to order a second time. I asked for the same cilantro rice and I mention that I am willing to pay extra but I would like more rice as the bowl really isn’t going to have much in it. She proceeds to scoop two little scoops in the bowl I said may I please have some more and she gives me one more tiny scoop. Then says after three scoops we have to charge you. I let her know that’s fine but I would like more rice. She gives me an attitude and does another scoop. Then she proceeded to say what else would you like? I said I don’t want anything else except for steak and the cheese. When I asked the cashier for the Manager’s name, the cashier and the young lady who created my bowl said they didn’t know when I asked if they had a card for the manager. They both said no they didn’t know when I asked what was the regional manager‘s name I was met with I don’t know.

  Tengo más de 3 meses de estar viniendo el aire acondicionado nunca funciona me gusta la comida pero nunca se puede comer a gusto con el clima. Mi pregunta es cómo tienen a los trabajadores sin aire acondicionado. Por más de tres meses. I’ve been coming here for over three months, and the air conditioning never works; I like the food, but you can never enjoy it comfortably because of the temperature. I have to ask: how can you have your employees working without air conditioning for more than three months?

  Very picky about their lunch and breakfast time. Even though they have the items available. Will not allow you to pay for extra servings. It was 10:25 and lady said i cant serve you lunch until 10:30. Five minutes/ whats the difference you still have the same supplies out.
