  Another Waldorf establishment I will not be patronizing ever again. I ordered deep fried wings for delivery. I called and told them I did not receive deep fried wings I got baked wings. Then man that answered said “how are you sure you got baked wings instead of deep fried! “ I know what deep fried look like not to mention I come here often. They then tried to argue about giving me my money back and only my delivery fee of $5! Keep the money but I won’t be back.

  I ordered 2 medium pizzas and Asian zing wings from the Waldorf Pizza Bolis and once I arrived at home with dinner for my family, I was upset as I opened the Asian Zing Wings container to find that I had no sauce in them but a small container of brown sauce. I put the wings back in the bag and returned them to the restaurant the next day and spoke with a man leaving out of the door who stated he was the manager and to let his staff know and they will remake the order the correct way but that was far from happening as I was brought wings with the brown sauce all over the wings and I explained that this is not the same Asian Zing sauce that Pizza Bolis has been using and also explained the sauce is red with peppers in it not a plain brown sauce. The staff stated that he was told by the cook that it was Asian Zing sauce so at this point I just asked for a refund and was told I had to wait until the next day so I came back and spoke to the same person who said he was the manager and now was told I had to wait 2,3 or maybe 5 days just to receive a call about my refund for food I paid for but they kept because he had to talk to the manager which means he lied when I first brought the food back. At this point I’m convinced that I won’t be getting anything back from them but with this type of service I will never spend another dollar in there and will start back ordering from the Clinton location who has great customer service, food and doesn’t lie or play games with customers. I don’t recommend anyone to spend their money in there.

  Something about ordering food from a gas station just isn’t sitting right with me. And it’s not like Wawa or 7-11 gas station food. Or Royalfarms to include. I’ve been going to the Adam’s Morgan location for year pizza boils is not supposed to be in a gas station

  First tried this business about a month ago. I've been there multiple times since. The large cheese pizza is amazing. This is my go to pizza place from here on.

  The quality of the food is great, and its well made, but when ordering a cheese steak, having all the cold ingredients on the base of the bread including cheese and extra cold/wet additions, makes absolutely no sense and indicates a lack of either training or understanding in the kitchen. Unnecessarily soggy bread, such a shame, the ingredients and prep allow for a top tier experience, but the abhorrent execution leaves me writing this review.
