- MYMercedes YoungSep 28, 20261.0My husband and I were genuinely excited to order from Papa John’s today. We hadn’t ordered from here in years because we’ve found better deals elsewhere, but remembering how much we enjoyed it in the past, we decided to splurge a little. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. We ordered the bundle with two large, two topping pizzas with regular crust, along with wings. The wings were okay, but both the wings and pizzas were cold. The pizzas were the biggest disappointment. They were flat, flavorless, and honestly tasted like Little Caesars, which may actually taste better. We were also shocked by the size. These were supposed to be LARGE pizzas, but they certainly did not look or feel like large pizzas. We regularly get more food and better quality for less money with Domino’s medium pizzas. The customer service during pickup was also disappointing. We decided not to call afterward because, based on that interaction, we felt our concerns would turn into more of a debate rather than a solution. For the prices Papa John’s charges, the quality and service should be much better. We spent more expecting better and instead received cold, flat, flavorless pizza that simply was not worth the money. Hopefully this review reaches someone in management or corporate who takes food quality and customer service seriously. This experience was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of money.

- CAChanel ArtisJul 22, 20221.0This Papa John's is the absolute worst!!! My pizza was cold, my order was wrong. They can't even grasp the concept of cutting pizza, never mind getting your order right. Drug test whoever cut this. This is the last time we order from you.
