  Have been ordering from here for almost a year or so however the last 3-4 months quality of service and food have down extremely down! I understand we all have bad days however that’s no excuse! Food is made wrong, fruit cups are soggy and spoiled (bad smell), bread is hard ( the one given as a side) and then twice have received spoiled half and half. First time I let it go and called them to make them aware of it, a couple days after I placed an order and relieved, again, spoiled milk! Please work on all this! Not sure what’s happening but from previous experience I know it can be way better

  Love this Panera. Everyone is always so nice here. There’s one man who works the drive thru who is SOOO nice and friendly. It really makes my day whenever he is working. A few times my order might be wrong, but they quickly remedy it if that’s the case (only issue I’ve had is sometimes they forget one of my sides if I order more than 1 side). My sandwich is always right. I’ve had breakfast and lunch here. I love both, but lunch is more filling.

  I’m a big fan of Panera, but this location in Waldorf continually disappoints me and I feel compelled just to share with other people so that you’re not surprised. Consistently this location serves very sloppy sandwiches, literally thrown together, falling apart, very little care put into how it’s constructed. When you open up the wrapper the meat that should be inside the sandwich is outside of the sandwich sitting in the wrapper, the tomatoes and lettuce are all over the place. Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich, a farmhouse, dual bagel stack and I put on the order that I did not want the cheesy Benedict sauce, instead I want white cheddar cheese. There is no cheddar cheese on the sandwich and also the Benedict sauce is on the sandwich. And to make matters worse, there’s also a long piece of hair in my sandwich.

  Wanted to give a shout out to Laila at the drive thru who is always so friendly & polite. Customer service isn't the easiest job yet she always has that beautiful And that Passion Papaya Green Iced tea I keep stopping by in the morning nice and refreshing.

  I ordered breakfast on the app a few times. I liked the idea of ordering, setting a time for pickup and grabbing from the drive thru window. Only problem is the drive thru is usually packed and your waiting much longer then you'd wish. I also notice on the app, this location doesn't give you the curbside option for pickup. So I'm left to wait and get a lukewarm order.
