  If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The service here is terrible. I waited 30 minutes for my food and never received it. Meanwhile, there were off-the-clock employees standing behind the counter, chatting and getting in the way. The manager looked completely unkempt and was on break during a rush. After all that, I asked for a refund. Two employees literally walked away from me without saying a word. When I asked why everyone kept walking away, one employee rudely responded—with an attitude and a face—“the manager has to give refunds.” I then had to interrupt the manager’s break just to request my refund, which he gave reluctantly. The entire staff needs to be retrained or replaced.

  Very simple order plain sandwich Medium fry A large smoothie And a caramel sundae The sandwich was not plain. The fries were half filled. The smoothie tasted like coffee and caramel sundae. They didn't even try to fill the Sundae

  I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel, the inside of the bagel was burned black. This was terrible. I'll go to another McDonald's the next time!!!

  No half and half sweet tea , every McDonalds I've been to has it, even at an up charge, but to say you have lemonade and sweet tea, but you don't mix them makes no sense when everyone other McDonalds does. The little girl at the first window wasn't pleasant either, I don't have time for a stank attitude when I'm just ordering a fry and a drink. Basic human courtesy goes a long way. It's the small things that take a business to the next level.
