  Today 07/07/2026, some short black woman in self checkout had a bad attitude just because I was entering my items in the bag as I scanned. The checkout machines are always sensitive when you place items in the bag. Like it isn’t the customers fault that the machines can’t detect where you put your items at. Lady told me “just put it there on the side” but she had a BAD ATTITUDE when she said. Nasty face and everything. I looked at her crazy because I didn’t like her tone at all. Teach your employees to check their bad attitudes at the door! I didn’t do anything to deserve that attitude. Not to sure if I ever come back to this Giant again….

  Multiple Stonyfield items like yogurts were sold to us past their expiration date! Brand new food we can't eat bc its already expired. Brand new item purchased in June!!

  I really enjoy shopping here because the store is always kept very clean and organized, which makes finding everything on my list a total breeze. The produce section is particularly impressive with such a wide variety of fresh items, and I almost always find good deals whenever I stop by. It has become a dependable part of my routine whenever I am in the area, and it really stands out as a great spot like the one located at Giant Food

  Today, I had the worst experience ever ordering bottled water online from this location, after much effort on my part. Called the Waldorf store to confirm the product was in inventory, only to be told hours later by the Camp Spring store that the Waldorf location doesn’t deliver (instead it rerouted the order to them and they couldn’t fill my order). Told I could cancel order, wait for my significant refund, and reorder again with Waldorf to pick up items up there (which I could not do in the system). After giving up on the online system, and driving to Waldorf, I learn upon arrival that the item I wanted and had ordered online was not on sale in the store. No apologies. No clear explanation. Just nonchalance. I’m sooo done with Giant’s. I’ll shop elsewhere.
