Dear Rashid,
I am writing to formally complain about my experience with your Domino’s location on October 1, 2026.
At approximately 8:30 PM, I ordered three personal pizzas. When the order was delivered, we immediately noticed that all three pizzas were uncooked and extremely doughy. The pizzas were not properly baked and were not acceptable to eat.
I attempted to call the store several times to resolve the issue, but I was left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. After being unable to get assistance by phone, I drove to the store with the pizzas.
When I arrived, I was greeted by an employee who was extremely rude and dismissive. I explained that the pizzas were undercooked and requested that they be remade. Her response was, “They’ll be the same way.” I found this response completely unacceptable. I have ordered this exact meal from Domino’s before and have never been told that improperly cooked food is simply going to be the same way if remade.
A second employee, Allison, who identified herself as a manager, came over and inspected the pizzas. I explained that they were undercooked and requested either that they be remade or that I receive a refund. Allison agreed to remake the pizzas.
After waiting approximately 20 minutes, I discovered that the pizzas had not actually been remade. Allison then questioned why we had eaten so much of the pizzas. I explained that we were trying to determine what was cheese versus uncooked dough because the pizzas were so poorly cooked. Instead of addressing the food-quality issue, her response came across as accusatory and dismissive.
Another employee, Jeffrey, then defended Allison rather than addressing my legitimate complaint.
The customer service was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The store’s phone continued ringing without anyone answering, I was left on hold when I initially called, and when I personally came to the store, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously.
I ultimately requested to speak with a higher-level manager. I was given the name Rashid, but I was told he was not physically at the location. I requested a refund and was met with an extremely poor attitude throughout the interaction.
I was also concerned by what I observed regarding food-handling practices, including Allison preparing food without gloves. I believe this should be reviewed by management to ensure the location is following Domino’s food-safety and sanitation standards.
This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had at Domino’s. I paid for three pizzas and received food that was not properly cooked, followed by an extremely frustrating and disrespectful attempt to resolve the issue.
I am requesting:
* A review of the food preparation and baking procedures at this location.
* A review of the employees’ customer-service conduct.
* A review of the store’s food-handling and sanitation practices.
* Follow-up from someone at the corporate/regional level regarding this incident.
After this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. I hope Domino’s takes this complaint seriously and addresses the issues with this store so other customers do not have the same experience.
Thank you
