  I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle. I ordered a vegetarian bowl, but when I got home I realized I had been given someone else's order that contained meat. Not only was the order completely wrong, but it was also labeled with a different customer's name, which shows a serious lack of attention to detail. As someone who specifically orders vegetarian food, receiving a non-vegetarian meal is not a minor mistake. Many customers choose vegetarian meals for personal, religious, ethical, or health reasons. Serving meat to someone who intentionally avoids it is unacceptable and can completely ruin the dining experience. What makes this even more frustrating is that the mistake could have easily been avoided if the staff had simply checked the name and order before handing it out. Customers trust that they are receiving the food they paid for, especially when ordering takeout. Instead, I ended up with a meal I could not eat and had to spend additional time and effort trying to resolve the issue. Beyond the inconvenience, this incident raises concerns about the restaurant's order accuracy and quality control. If staff members are handing out orders under the wrong names, it creates confusion for multiple customers and reflects poorly on overall operations. Accuracy should be one of the most basic expectations at any restaurant. I understand that mistakes can happen during busy hours, but there should be procedures in place to prevent something as simple as giving one customer another person's meal. A quick verification of the order name would have prevented this entire situation. I have generally expected better service from Chipotle, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to employees regarding order verification and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I would think twice before ordering from this location again unless I see improvements in how orders are handled and checked before being given to customers.

  I had a really great lunch here recently! Everything tasted super fresh, and the portion sizes were generous enough to leave me feeling satisfied for the rest of the day. The staff were quick and friendly while assembling my order, and the whole place felt clean and welcoming. It is always nice to find a reliable spot that delivers such consistent quality, so I will definitely be making this a regular stop whenever I am in the area.
