  Fantastic experience each time. Absolutely love their salmon bowls. Food is always fresh, great portions, amazing flavor! Staff is very friendly and helpful when serving me. Wish they could bring back the strawberry bowl as a permanent menu item, it was my favorite

  This was our first time dining at CAVA, and my girlfriend and I had several questions as we navigated the menu. Jose R. provided exceptional customer service throughout our visit. He was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all our questions, and offered helpful recommendations that made our experience even better. At no point did we feel rushed or as though our questions were an inconvenience. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. I wanted to take a moment to personally recognize Jose R. for going above and beyond to create such a welcoming experience. Employees like him make a lasting impression and reflect what excellent customer service should look like. Thank you, Jose R., for making our first visit such a positive one!

  Jeffery and Chris went above and beyond for me today! I came in right before closing, and they were out of lamb meatballs. Instead of turning me away, they took the time to make a fresh batch just for me! While I waited, they also showed me how to use the CAVA app, which was incredibly helpful. These two are truly amazing and provided such outstanding customer service. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend the Waldorf CAVA—especially because of employees like Jeffery and Chris! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Door dashed cava during my 12-7 shift( didn’t have my car) they didn’t put any humus or the 2 sauces I ordered so my bowl was rather dry , I still ate some cause obviously I’m not waiting hours to get off and get sauce from there after 4/5 hours. So I called to see if I can get my bowl properly made due to you alls mistake and I was told “ we’re not going to give you another bowl” due to me eating the dry one. I just feel like that’s terrible management skills because that’s y'all mistake whether I decided to eat from it or not.

  I visited around 3:00pm Sunday 9/13/26. The food was delicious! My only issue was the person at the register. (Female, name starts with a D.) She seemed nice but didn't ask if I wanted a drink she simply gave me a total. As I was slightly distracted at the time, I paid the total. My party decided to dine in. I went back and mentioned to D that she forgot to offer a drink and she gave me a smirk, rang up th drink and gave me the cup. When I asked for the receipt, D tapped the print button with a bit of an attitude then walked away. Finally, I went to get a knife. There were none available. When I asked D if there were any knives available, she pointed to the self service area and said they should be there. I told her they aren't. She came out to look for herself. She took out a pack of knives and replenished the stash. But instead of her allowing me to get one knife along with another customer who was waiting for silverware, she decided to replenish forks and spoons as well and made us wait. There were plenty of forks and spoons already there. Incidentally, all of the other staff seemed to be very nice and personable. Ms. D was the only one who seems to need additional customer service training.
