  I got a kids meal with grilled chicken. It was the perfect amount of food for me personally and a great value. Food was delicious and ready on time. I don't think my kids would have eaten any of their kid meal offerings, though. Service was great. Dining room was lovely but could use a good deep clean, especially the benches of the booths.

  I stopped at Cava for dinner and was greeted with great customer service. Everyone was smiling when I walked in. Three people I want to point out are Ashley, Damaris and Hazel. They were all very great and helpful. I couldn’t decide what I wanted to eat because it had been a while, and they all made it easy. The food was amazing and so were the staff. I would highly recommend.

  Healthy option at an affordable price, however poor customer service can outweigh other factors. Their portions are small compared to other locations.

  I love CAVA but I’ve consistently had a bad experience the past few times that I’ve been to this location. Today I ordered falafel and it was over cooked and really difficult to bite into. The last time I ordered there was no sauce on my bowl. The time before that I didn’t receive pita chips. I ordered 2 kids meals recently for my niece and nephew and there were no toppings or pita chips for either of their orders, only chicken and rice. I order pretty frequently and usually always order pick up via digital drive through and you absolutely have to examine your order before leaving. There was a time that I drove to the window because it was past the time for pick up and I was told to get out of the drive through line in a pretty unpleasant tone because my order time was 15 minutes later despite my order confirmation stating other wise. You also don’t consistently receive texts that your order is ready. I’m hopeful to see things progress here but for now the service isn’t worth the price point.

  CAVA is life! I like to go every 1-2 weeks when I am craving a healthy/delicious meal. I usually do the digital drive thru because it is so convenient. The staff is always friendly, fast and they NEVER mess up my order. CAVA is always the move when I want something quick and healthy. Reward program is pretty good too. Grateful they put one in Waldorf since we need more healthy options. Yay for CAVA :)
