- QSQuaniqua “NiNi” Spriggs2 days ago1.0My review comes from this location not being open during their posted operating business hours or often times the ovens are not ready when the store opens. I sent this franchise an email on 5/5/26 with pics of my mobile order receipt and their business being closed when it was supposed to be open. Inconveniencing me I had to place another order at another dunkin. I contacted customer service because with mobile ordering you have to file a little claim to get your money back. I was told on 5/9 that I would receive a response from the franchise and I did not. It is now the 18th and no response and no refund.

This particular location seriously needs improvement in customer service, quality control, and professionalism. My drink was made incorrectly, and instead of fixing the issue professionally, the employees were chuckling about it. It was obvious the staff was confused and did not even seem to know how to properly make a basic coffee drink. The entire experience felt unorganized and unprofessional. Customers should not have to deal with careless service and employees who appear more interested in laughing than doing their jobs correctly. Based on my experience, I would never purchase anything from this Dunkin’ location again. Management needs to step in and address these issues immediately before more customers decide to go elsewhere.
