- MBMelvin Brown2 days ago1.0I purchased 12 long stem rose. Got home opened the plastic wrapper out to find, out that I was charged for 12 but only received 8 and a but of empty stems, called the store to complain and the manager ask me what do I want him to do ?

Unfortunately I had an incident in which the carts kept locking and the people in the security room have the ability to lock them. My stepson worked there and told me..I feel that it was intentional and at one point I was injured by the cart because of the abrupt lock. My leg bruised and it hurt. Now that hasn’t been a problem because I did complain. It also seems more crowded than it used to and people from out of the area are shopping there. Today I purchased a ready to go snacker. I ate some and realized the cheese was molded which really grossed me out. I am sure it was put back from restock. SS also told me the restock was questionable getting returned to shelves… Called the store to document and the woman on the phone said she told the manager and the manger said contact corporate. I contacted corporate and they said contact the store. 🙄 There are a couple nice cashiers, but otherwise it’s not the greatest store.
