Walked into the business just a couple of minutes before 11:00 and went to the counter, waiting to be served, nothing (approximately 3 minutes). I then decided to use the kiosk. I placed my order and waited approximately 15 minutes, nothing. After an Uber eats driver came in, we both commented about having to wait. It was then I decided that I didn't want to wait any longer and walked up to the counter and asked the employee who was checking his phone for a refund. He asked why and I told him that I didn't feel like waiting any longer. He then asked who took my order and I stated that I had to use the kiosk since no one was working the counter. I was then told that kiosk orders were considered "online" and they couldn't provide a refund. The employee also stated that he saw me "standing there waiting." With this statement, I knew it was time for me to leave. I then told him that I didn't have the patience to deal with this anymore and left. Yes, I left because I did not want to lose my cool over such matters. I believe in the power of the pen. Admittedly, this was a first at this location. I have been in this location when only one or two individuals have been working and they handled the business like champs. I may have had to wait but they had the decency to acknowledge me and ask if I could be patient while they tended to the drive through or other matters. Then, I have gotten an apology and then taken care of. THAT IS GOOD SERVICE! I can't, for the life of me understand why five people who are working, three of whom were in the drive through and two stocking up, could not take a moment either say something or take my order.
