  Every time I visit this Dunkin’ Donuts location, I encounter a consistent issue with the banana cream coffee. Despite being a regular customer, the staff fails to prepare the drink correctly. While most of the employees exhibit negative attitudes, there is one exception who is exceptionally polite. Furthermore, I am perplexed by the presence of dry sugar in my coffee instead of liquid sugar. This inconsistency occurs every time I order the same drink. Is there a training requirement for the staff to ensure proper preparation of the beverage, or is this a policy enforced by Dunkin’ Donuts? In contrast, I have a positive experience at a different Dunkin’ Donuts location located across from Andrews Air Force Base. This establishment consistently prepares the banana cream coffee to my exact specifications. As a long-time customer since the opening of this location, I have observed that the family workers there are generally unpleasant and very unprofessional. Given that this Dunkin’ Donuts location is only five minutes away from my residence, I will not return to it, especially when ordering for my family or employees, as my orders typically exceed $5. Therefore, I urge Dunkin’ Donuts to hire new family workers and employees. All other Dunkin’ Donuts locations in the area have consistently met my expectations.

  This location is the worst……. They constantly mess up the order and pretty much just give you anything……… several times I tried letting them know about a mistake and they have been rude and defensive instead of fixing the issue in a friendly manner considering I addressed the concern in a friendly manner …….. I’m definitely not coming back and I live right up the street but I’d rather drive further to a different location

  I think sometimes they just throw your food together. It's just okay. The donuts are good.

  Quick and easy. Had a mistake on app and they were quick to fix and app refunded. Prefer this location over any other nearby Dunkin. One staff member (unsure of name) is a great person! Quick to fix any issues and very kind!

  I am writing to formally report an incident of extremely unprofessional and unacceptable conduct that occurred at one of your locations this morning. My fiancée visited the drive thru to place an order for coffee and food. When she reached the window, the manager on duty handed her the order and quietly said something to her. He then asked her to pull forward because she could not hear him clearly. When she asked him to repeat what he had said, the manager stated, “How much can I get for sex.” This comment was inappropriate, offensive, and completely unacceptable. It created a hostile and uncomfortable experience and is not behavior that should ever be directed at a customer. No customer should be subjected to sexually explicit remarks while conducting a routine transaction. We are deeply disturbed by this incident and expect it to be taken seriously. This conduct reflects poorly on your company and violates basic standards of professionalism and respect. I am requesting that this matter be promptly investigated and appropriately addressed. Please confirm that this complaint has been received and advise what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again. The manager is described to be an old, middle eastern male that wears a black face mask.
