  The reviews about this place weren’t lying. Before I even walked in, a homeless woman outside was harassing people for money, saying she was hungry but refusing Chipotle — which already kills the vibe of wanting to patronize this location. But I was hungry, and that was my first mistake. At first glance, the restaurant looks clean. That’s the only compliment I can give.Once I approached the counter, I was met with some of the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. Rude, not knowledgeable, and very deceptive. I told them exactly what I wanted, and instead of confirming sizes or prices, they automatically gave me the large — then charged me extra without saying a word. They told me to grab chips as if they came with the guacamole, but then charged an additional $3 for them.When I tried to get my money back because of the confusion, the employee offered me a drink instead. I accepted because I was thirsty. But when I went to the fountain station, there was literally nothing to drink. No tea, no lemonade, no water, no ice. The only options were Coca-Cola and root beer — and I don’t drink soda. They weren’t apologetic about it either. This location is less than a year old, and I truly hope they fix these issues. If they keep operating like this, they won’t last long.

  I was in that shop today and met very very arrogant and very rude with an attitude girl over there. She serves at the take out to go point. This lady shd be given a whole month of customer service training. If not that, she will sack all customers away. A very very poor store. I asked of her name but was told they are not supposed to give names out. I will never recommend this location of chipotle

  I’ve been to a lot of Chipotle locations and this one stands out. Every time I come here, there’s little to no line and if there is one, it moves fast because the staff stays on top of it. The food is consistently fresh, the portions are solid and the chicken is actually seasoned and flavorful (which makes a huge difference). You can tell they care about quality and efficiency here. Definitely my go-to Chipotle.
