It’s almost always clean here, the staff is kind (shout out to Chauncey). My only qualm is how much lime juice and salt is used on the food ( which I’m sure is the recipe, so Chipotle could stand to reassess their recipes).

The cashier was horrible. No personality, no smile. Awful. This is my third time visiting and my last. When they first opened it was dirty. I’ll just keep going to Woodmore. My food was good, but I gave it a 3 because as nasty as the place looked I don’t trust the kitchen.

The employees were rude, unwelcoming, and acted like they didn't want to help customers. My most recent visit was around 8:00 p.m. today, and the experience was no better than the first. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this location fell far short of expectations. I hope management addresses the staff's attitude and focuses on creating a more welcoming environment for customers.
