  I visited the store at old Crane highway, September 22nd @309 I walked out at 315 at the registered. No one attended to me at all. Looked in my face said no words walked left walk, right? Everyone is helping the drive through person. No one is attending the register. I am a truck driver. I go to numerous arby's. This is the worst one I have ever been to. Floor is so greasy that you can slide your feet without an effort. Because the grease on the floor who knows how long it's been there.

  Lawrence was professional and polite. He is very good at his job, due to his customer service I will be back.

  Went thru drive thru of course it was a small maybe less than 5 minute delay with a car in front of me but what got me was the cashier stood in the window on her phone texting and drinking a Monster energy drink. I pulled up she told me my total because she didn't give it to me at the speaker. No receipt and shut the window. Now I know its drive thru but can I get a receipt with a thank you for coming. Or am I wrong for expecting basic customer service
