  August 6, 2026 I came into Arby's 8996 off of St. Joseph's Drive in Upper Marlboro and decided to dine in. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and a shake. Well, it took forever for them to make my shake. The young lady with the very soft tone took my order and knew that I was dining in. After finishing my meal, I asked for a courtesy cup water since I didn't have my shake. The short Manager who refuse to give his name waved his hand towards my face and said that they don't give out courtesy cups of water. Ok, I'm cool with that but waving your hand towards a customer is so unprofessional. I told the short Manager that he lacked customer service skills and he started going off on me in front of customers as if he wanted to fight me. Piss poor attitude over a cup of water that I asked for...so the Asst. Manager, if that is his title gave me a cup. Truly thankful to him. So, I asked for the short Managers name again and he refused and got smart again. So, I go back and sit down to enjoy my shake and courtesy water thanks to the Asst. Manager when I was approached by both of them. They started accusing me of taking pictures of them. I showed the Asst. Manager my phone to show that I was reading an article and the short Manager approached me in an very threatening matter which made me take a picture of him. I truly feared for my life. The t e short Manager told me to get out of his store before he called the police, I told him to call because I am a paying customer and ALL I wanted to do was enjoy my meal because I had a great workout today. Whoever is the Franchise Owner of Arby's 8996... If this is your Manager that is truly unprofessional, poor attitude, rude to his customers and have no customer service skills, YOU will probably lose more paying customers or have already lost them...then again...nothing will happen...truly disappointed and I will NEVER come to this location ever again

  Visited here to tried the limited time only pecan chicken salad sandwich order just the sandwich and it was very tasty served combination of apples,pecans,grapes,mayonnaise on wheat bread excellent taste and flavor was wrapped in Turkey sandwich wrap which kinda confused me but was chicken for those allergy to nuts or wheat they explained upon purchasing which was awesome 👌 not that busy however the restaurant was exceptionally clean restrooms and dining area my expectations met great job to your team I rang the bell as I was leaving never have I seen that concept in any food establishment!
