  I usually like Arby's but I tried their new sub sandwich Royal sub and with garlic on it and it was horrible disgusting. The major part that was the most irritating was that we were eating inside and it was not even close to closing it was around 8:30p 9:00p at night and they close at 10pm. When we got our food my sister was looking for a table and they had sprayed foam cleaner on the tables and not wiped them off. The other tables had the chairs on top of the tables and she had to take the chairs off the table so we could sit down to eat. They started sweeping and cleaning and he wanted me to stand up so they could clean under the table and then my sister had to stand up to clean under her side of the table. I guess they wanted to leave right at 10pm and didn't care whether there were customers or not. You don't ask customers to move so you can sweep. Just unbelievable, the manager needs to monitor their closing crew and retrain them or explain common courtesy and ask them how would you like to be eating and somebody wants you to move to clean. I can guarantee you they wouldn't like it. It's a shame that a restaurant that I goto back home in Cincinnati Ohio and really enjoy would have such poorly trained staff and more then likely the manager needs to be retrained because they are not leading their team properly.

  Has so much potential to be great, but attention to details vs rushing orders is not the best. They have great Gyros at a great price but struggle with customizing order--particularly removing sauce and onions as ordered. Getting a refund, apology, or coupon to return is a struggle and not offered. Check your food before you leave.
