  I was really looking forward to this meal, but this was one of the most disappointing wing orders I’ve had. I ordered a 20-piece with Hawaiian, Buffalo, Hot Honey Rub, and Spicy Korean. The wings arrived cold and had almost no sauce on them. They were dry and the hot honey rub wings was completely lacking flavor, they looked and tasted like plain wings there was essentially no dry rub seasoning at all. They were basically plain fried wings with none of the flavor I paid for. If someone handed them to me without telling me what they were, I would’ve never guessed they were supposed to be Hot Honey Rub. The Buffalo wing was sauced but lacked depth, and again the actual meat had no flavor, unfortunately the sauce wasn’t strong enough to save them. The Spicy Korean was also lackluster, the Hawaiian was under sauced and again no flavor in the meat itself. When you’re paying for specialty wing flavors, you expect each flavor to be prepared correct, not cold, under-sauced, or completely missing its seasoning. This order felt rushed and lacked any quality control. I hope the restaurant takes consistency more seriously because this experience was not worth the money. Sorely disappointed and will not be revisiting. And a side note, idk what cut of wing I got but it did NOT look like an ordinary wing 😭😭I thought it was a Turkey wing or something crazy

  Very disappointed with this experience. My boyfriend and I ordered two wing meals through the Wingstop website, and both meals were missing the fries upon delivery. The bag was still sealed, so it didn’t appear that anyone had opened it. After contacting them, my boyfriend decided to drive to Wingstop for the missing fries. When he was almost there, the store called and said they wouldn’t replace them because they claimed someone had gone into our bag and taken the fries. Instead of admitting they may have forgotten them, they blamed us. The phone rep was also very sarcastic when my bf expressed his disappointment in the outcome of the situation. Mistakes happen, but the poor customer service and refusal to make it right were very disappointing.

  The staff that is there they are excellent friendly well trained in the service is great I will definitely recommend coming here to friends and family!!!!

  So glad one opened here and the food has been consistently excellent! Unlike other locations, the lemon pepper wings are seasoned well and tender—not too overly greasy. The veggie sticks are cut evenly, but could be packaged better so as to not leak once placed in the bag. This will very likely be my new go-to location. They recently implemented a rewards program that’s been long overdue too. A feature offered I found to be a great idea that I haven’t seen in other rewards programs is the ability to share/pool your points together with friends and family for greater rewards!
