  Order online just like 5 other people did. Expect to wait 15 extra minutes longer then your time that was estimated on the ticket. The teenagers at the register did absolutely nothing but stand and talk especially the High schooler with the lashes.

  they wouldn’t let us pick up two mobile orders and made us go through the drive through twice. no other taco bell has that policy.

  This has to be the absolute worst taco bell that I have ever been to. They are soooo lucky that I didn't have my phone with me because the bathroom was a mess, every table in the entire facility was filthy. Before even ordering on a screen, we had to wipe it down first because it was just covered in filth and grime and fingerprints. There was also food on the floor that you can tell had been there awhile. Doordashers had to keep sending their stuff back. I watched at least 6 different people struggle to count the items in someone's order and got it wrong 3 times as a group. AS A GROUP. 👀🤡 Then we ordered vegetarian alternatives and I thought mine tasted funny. I get halfway through and it wasn't what I ordered at all. Not only was there no black beans in sight but my intentionally made vegan crunchwrap was filled with low grade hamburger slop. 🤢 The cashier literally counted someone's bag of items 3 times and still needed help. Then struggled to get my drink and I had to literally tell her that the drink I ordered doesn't come from the soda fountain machine. I tasted it and it did not taste fresh. Total waste of money. I am a frequenter of Taco Bell because they have good vegan/vegetarian options but you will see me go hungry before I give this taco bell another chance. I also included my membership snapshot just to show you're losing an actual regular customer. I really have no words for what we experienced earlier this evening but rest assured, it won't be happening again.

  This has got to be one of the worst Taco bells I've ever been in. Avoid at all costs. We went in there the place was covered in filth just old food it was disgusting. I had to wipe down the tablet ordering station before we proceeded to order. Then as a vegan my girlfriend received beef in her black bean dish. I was skeptical to even finish the rest of my order. It was definitely the worst Taco Bell we've been to in a long time. Hundreds of Taco bells we modify and turn our orders vegetarian and I've never had a problem I've never found a piece of meat in our food, completely unacceptable.
